The staff! From the reception, room service, cleaners, waiters, supervisors, everyone was so nice! They all greeted us and took good care of us and they were so genuine, we could feel the good vibes from them. They were very helpful too, when we asked for extra amenities, the room service staff gave it to us with a smile on her face. And the amenities in the room, a vanity kit, sewing kit, etc… was impressive because we have paid more in other higher rated hotels in dar but never got anything extra like that. Everyone seemed to love and value their job. We were soo happy. We live in the same city but came for some peace of mind from our chaotic daily lives and it was truly worth it.

After the misunderstanding that the airport transfer is billed directly via the hotel and not -as we did- to the driver, the hotel appologized for billing again, revised the bill and offered a free shuttle to the ferry harbour due to the time lost on discussion.

I really like the smoker bar they have, but it was a bit neglected by staff in terms of service. Dada Fatma at the front desk was the highlight, she made us feel very welcome and went above and beyond to give us a pleasurable stay! Super heartwarming person!
