very nice amenities e.g. gym, sauna, outside terrace pool, rooftop with great sunset view. breakfast was good with great variety. Super nice and helpfull staff! After the misunderstanding that the airport transfer is billed directly via the hotel and not -as we did- to the driver, the hotel appologized for billing again, revised the bill and offered a free shuttle to the ferry harbour due to the time lost on discussion.

I made my covid test at 8.30 pm at hotel(There is no open testing facility at that time in the city). it was most convenient service I received from hotel. Unless I made that test I couldnt catch my flight due to long testing time there. I can’t thank enough Pravin for arranging it quickly.

I really like the smoker bar they have, but it was a bit neglected by staff in terms of service. Dada Fatma at the front desk was the highlight, she made us feel very welcome and went above and beyond to give us a pleasurable stay! Super heartwarming person!
